@MojangSupport is it too hard to AT LEAST acknowledge I have issues with my account and ask what's wrong? I understand the situation we are currently going through, but I've waited for WEEKS for a solution. And now I've waited for days for someone to reply to my service ticket.

Can I ask how many days of delay you are working with? because my first ticket was on March 26, and the second one on April 14.

As a matter of fact, my first ticket and Email was on March 21st. HOW COME YOU HAVE NOT ANSWERED, I find it hard to believe there is a delay of more than one month.
