@MojangSupport I have tried several times now contacting curstomer support over a stolen account, and it has now been weeks without hearing anything back, and yes I included my Transaction ID in the support request.

Going on a month now and the thief is still running around with my account. Will I be hearing back any time before May?!

Probably not. I contacted them about an issue in december and still have yet to here back. Be careful too, they might have closed the case automatically. I had that happen with a message saying they're closing cases they 'think' are resolved in order to clear their queues.
