Hello @MojangSupport, it's been more than 3 months since I can't access my Mojang account and I cannot reset it. I've sent many emails but I didn't get any response.
How is it possible?

I understand the delay (and thank you for your response here, it was quicker than by mail ^^) with the Coronavirus crisis but I've sent my first message on Dec 7.... Is there anything you can do?
