So, after purchasing a copy of minecraft 9 days ago, my account has already been stolen. Because I didn't log into my email yesterday, so I didn't see the "password has been changed" email and now you will not send me a reset password link. Why make it so easy?

This was obviously my first step, filling out the forms that you have on your website and including my Transaction ID. I then sent a follow-up email as you request in your auto response. Do I have to do secret other steps like composing a brand new email to get service?
