@MojangSupport I recently tried resetting the password on my old account that was migrated a few years back and I was unable to receive emails using the password reset page (checked all inboxes). No one has responded to my service request either after nearly a week.
Please send us an email at https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new … and we will take a look. Remember to attach your Transaction ID. ^EG
