@MojangSupport It has been 3 months and no response after I filled out the forum and replied multiple times. Should I call my bank and chargeback for fraud at this point? I need to get ahold of someone as this email support system obviously isn't working.
If you didn't receive an email from Mojang confirming a Transaction ID, your orders are most likely in an incomplete status and we are unable to process a refund for incomplete orders. We recommend contacting your bank for help resolving pending transactions. ^SA
