My partner contacted support about not being able to access her account on January 27th and has not heard back.
We received an email the "Your support request (229916) has been received."
Then nothing.
Assistance in this matter would be appreciated.

While I can appreciate dealing with tickets in the order they come in. This issue was raised in back in January. It begs the questions of what month is the team up to and is the backlog increasing or decreasing?

The backlog is around 3-4 months.
