@MojangSupport can you help I've sent about 8 emails asking for support and all I get is bot responses to the info i send back. It's getting kinda frustrating

I did receive response: 8 emails all with the same message even though I offered the information required before. My account was stolen and even tho I have the info to have it back, support isn't seeing that. Just bot responses over and over. Please help, it's been almost a month

I’m having the same issue and since I paid for this game I’d really like to have my account back. I’ve emailed support multiple times with all the information they asked of me and I never get a real response just bots. You make it seem easy to reset accounts if you have the info

Exactly that. Multiple bot responses and then nothing is done. Would like to at least get a human person responding to my issues and not a bot. I've had my account since 2016 and I never had any issues until now. Support is just making me lose faith in getting it back
