@MojangSupport My account was debited four times but I’ve never received confirmation mail of purchase (my account is tclair and I’ve send a mail with thomasclair@laposte.net). I would like play to Minecraft and to be paid back of 3 purchases (sorry for my bad english)
If you didn't receive an email with a Transaction ID from noreply@mojang.com, that means the order was not finalized. Please reach out to your bank to have the pending charges resolved, as we do not have the capability to refund incomplete orders. ^SA
