You need to update your stock reply. Here's my suggestion: "Sorry we don't care, and are ignoring your issue. We'll send another stock reply and close your ticket in a few weeks, then you can start the process again. We appreciate your persistence (and money)."

My Mrs got an email reply, same as the tweets. Stock reply and no action taken even when she supplied the information they asked for. I even tweeted
