@MojangSupport I've been waiting a full three months now, and still have not heard back from Support on the fact that I can't access my account, and that I'm not receiving emails from Mojang - which might also be why I haven't received a reply yet. Please help.

I did, 3 months ago. The email I received is of no help. But I'm guessing that this is the same system that keeps replying with the preset passage of text, depending on the platform.

I made a ticket.
