@MojangSupport I've sent an email asking for the email for my account to be changed with the transaction id. The ticket says the issue was solved but the only response I got was 2 emails saying the exact same thing??? I tried resetting the password and no email comes through.
I'm very sorry this happened. When was this ticket created and ticket number? ^SJ

This is happening to me too. I included all info in the original email and additional emails (transaction id and email address), and you guys just keep sending the same email asking for a transaction id and email address.
