@MojangSupport I've been waiting over 100 days to get access to the game I paid for. I suppose this is your way of telling me to buy it again? I haven't heard from your support staff since January!

You misunderstand. I created a ticket in November 2019, and didn't get a response until January 2020. I was finally being helped when all communication suddenly stopped and I haven't heard anything further since January 20th. Am I just supposed to wait another two months?
