@MojangSupport I have literally received the exact same 4 emails in a row from support after responding each time. Why am I receiving the same exact support email and no follow up response to my replies!?

This is a canned response. I am receiving emails from a bot currently for further instructions but no one is responding. Someone on this account yesterday told me they would look into this and didn’t respond after. I keep receiving the same email when responding to support!
