@MojangSupport we are still waiting for a response from customer service. It's been since January. My son has had no access to his paid account. What do we have to do to get someone to respond?

I lost my patience a long time ago. There is zero excuse for any company to take MONTHS to respond to a problem. You are withholding something that I paid for - borderline theft.
