@MojangSupport it has been nearly three months since I reached out to you with a very simple question. I paid for an account and I'd like access to it. Three months is absolutely horrible and inexcusable.

You mean the delay you're encountering? I sent a support request to a very simple issue. I've never dealt with a company that thinks its alright to keep paying users waiting for months.

Are you also dealing with the issue where it won't let you log in after purchasing and downloading the game? Mojang Support seems to be an automated bot, only advice I can give is try to use a different IP address and see if the problem persists. Sorry if this doesn't help much.
