@MojangSupport Hello there. I opened a ticket on Jan 25 and got no reply so far (other then the automatic reply). Is this normal?

Hello again. The ticket is still not progressing. I got a canned response mid March and nothing till then again. Is there someone whom I can escalate to? This is getting ridiculous.
