@MojangSupport How is someone supposed to get support with account issues within Minecraft on a Nintendo Switch? I have raised multiple tickets via http://help.minecraft.net since December 2019 and not one has been responded to??

If you truly respond to tickets in the order they are received then you must have a backlog of over 3 months...do you think this is acceptable for customers who have paid for game options and are unable to use them? This goes against consumer laws!
