@MojangSupport Hi, my husband’s account was hacked almost 2 weeks ago, and he cannot get in. This is extremely concerning, considering payment details might be attached. He’s emailed, you’re not replying. I guess account security isn’t that concerning to you guys?

I mean I appreciate you guys are swamped, but weeks, even months, of waiting for an account security issue isn’t on, really. Perhaps you need to hire more staff to manage your queues?
