When is someone going to resolve my issue? It's been over a month, the only response I've received was a canned message that was probably mass sent out for an issue that wasn't even my issue. This is completely ridiculous.

@MojangSupport If it's this backed up then you need to higher more people. I understand a backlog but I opened the case on december 31st and the only contact I have gotten has been automatic replies and one canned answer that wasn't even applicable to my issue.Thanks.
