@MojangSupport I have purchased Minecraft packs under my account but now my children have lost access to them under their account. Can you help? Is this to do with the following and how can they get access back (Pt1 of 2)

Hi George! Right now Mojang are operating under a 1-2 month backlog so it could be a while before you hear back!
