@MojangSupport Issues redeeming 3500 Minecraft Minecoins currency since Christmas Day and NO ONE at Mojang or @Microsoft customer service seems to stand by the card (purchased at Target). Would love to speak to someone who can help because this is insanely unprofessional.

We did that on January 6th and then got an auto generated email that said someone would get back to us shortly. No response so we called Microsoft on Monday and was told we needed to work with the developer.
