@MojangSupport I incorrectly purchased Minecraft Java instead of Minecraft for Windows 10 2 days ago. I tried to get this resolved through support, but I've received two responses that aren't helping me resolve this issue. Is there any way I can escalate my issue?

I’ve submitted multiple emails throughout the day, but I seem to get the same, auto generated response, to redeem a copy of the windows 10 version. There is no associated code attached nor have a gotten a response in regards to just exchanging the keys.
