@MojangSupport I've been trying to resolve a login issue for over a month. I've submitted 3 help requests and never gotten more than the auto response. Can someone please help me get back into the account?

I have submitted 4 requests since December 10. All I need is to reset security questions but emails aren't coming through. I've been patient. Literally all I need to do is update expiration date on my card. Please help.
