@MojangSupport I am locked out of my Minecraft account and the reset emails are no longer going through to my work email. I was on several computers and almost all got logged out. Please advice.

I am still not recieving reset password emails. Please advise ASAP. Based on user reviews, ticket problems are not dealt with in a timely fashion. I appreciate the response from your Twitter team. Can the ticket team follow up as well? I am paying for a product I cannot access.
