@MojangSupport I emailed last week, no reply. Still having trouble with my realm on Nintendo Switch... It's still unplayable. I paid money for this and I'm not happy!! Please help?

I understand I have to wait, but I paid money for a month of a realm, I've lost 5 days unable to play already... Will I be refunded or reimbursed for the time lost? It's just not working.
