@MojangSupport I made a purchase last Friday. I had purchased my daughter a Dell cromebook so I chose the windows option. We have yet to be able to download anything. What can I do to resolve this issue.

I have tried this option each time I select the language it refreshes the page. I’ve tried entering my info first & then the language but still same result. I had to use twitter just to reach out to your company. Is there an email I could send my info & screenshots to directly?
