@MojangSupport How badly is support backed up? I submitted a help request 20 days ago and have yet to get a reply. Getting very frustrated that I can’t just call somebody to get my login issue resolved.

They're the absolute worst. It's been over 40 days for me. Saw someone that's been waiting almost 2 months earlier and hasn't been contacted, to give you an idea.
