I purchased a Minecraft account several years ago. I had a Vodafone email at the time but they have shut down now and I have forgotten one of my security questions and can't access my account, I have proof of purchase but I don't have a transaction ID.
Please send us an email at https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new … and we will assist. Remember to attach your proof of purchase and if possible, your Transaction ID. ^RS
