yes and US is on a totally wrong narrative when it comes to the Kurds. They have insistently associating Marxist-leninist YPG with the Kurdish population. It doesn't reflect the reality at all. Over 300K Syrian Kurds took shelter in Turkey because they don't feel safe under SDF..
