It is glitched and when you pick it up it’s not a minigun.

There have been files of a juggernaut br mode for quite a while now.
If I’m remembering correctly the game mode is meant to incentivize teams to fight over the juggernaut suit drops, survive, and win the game.

seems to be the starting pistol. Based on that I'm thinking along the lines of a juggernaut mode possibly? Everyone drops w a minigun and just goes ham, idk could be off but a fun idea
Almost every gun thats drop by a player is never the gun on the ground it always changes when i pick the up

Actually because the overwhelming response to the realistic gunfire (& I might add mass confusion) in the waaaaaay OP decoy grenade, Maybe they are testing decoy mini guns 
Haven't seen this yet, but the game has been glitching bad today. Had an issue this afternoon where nobody's mic's worked...
