Without watching the video first - I feel like this is said about any console? Same with PS3 for instance. Always depends on the provided tooling

Ps3 was also a hugely complex console, that came at a time when few people really got parallelism programming, not to mention an inflexible memory setup. It really was a perfect storm of difficulty, on the ps3.
