Qubit is in state (|0> + |1>)/sqrt(2). Pushing button will measure it, kill you if it is |0>, and create another copy of you if it is |1>.

How does utility scale wrt number of copies? Though the test I suggested fails to provide more precise info if 2 copies is worse than 1.
