How did he get this exact info? The SMS from Tesla says I got FSD for free, so how can we be sure I won't get city driving and stop signs?

I could just return my car 5 minutes after I take delivery and buy a new one with FSD for the same price, without that $3000 charge.

this would be convenient, on one hand putting it on a credit card is also doing this, but with all the issues of interest and such, maybe even the option to unlock it for a certain time frame could be interesting, im not going to be using that every day, maybe a few times a year

Is this accurate? FSD for pre Feb 28 for $3000? I thought after the fact purchase cost more... Did this change?
-
Lots of reports of recent Model 3 going into their account and seeing $3K FSD upgrade. My Model X is still $6600 CAD for the upgrade. Depends on when you bought

My problem is I have already paid 5,000 for autopilot. Now FSD is the same cost. Why wouldn’t they give us early adopters the FSD?

It has to be differentiated: I ordered in Dezember 2018 (EU germany) and I am still waiting for the invoice, thus I got a message that full self driving will be activated even I ordered only EAP in December. But the new price with FSD match exactly the old without

Tesla flipped the pricing and features so you will get everything at the old EAP price but no discount for the difference of the current combined cost. Win-win

Hope traffic light and stop sign recognition comes with reading speed limit signs. The map data in a few places is incorrect. I have a major highway here that is 45mph. Map data says 25mph one way and 55mph the other. Imagine trying to use autopilot.

That's why they implemented a fleet-learning system!! Helps if you do a "bug report" if you encounter discrepancies
