    (5) Also interesting fact. After I released first ever extension it took 6 months to acquire 7 users (!) Obviously that growth rate is 💩, but needed to stick it out and be patient, because 2 years later it would be x10000 more. These things are not always obvious short term.

    (4) Since I'm writing about this, it is becoming clear that I need to start joining existing groups with momentum rather than trying to come up with new ones, even if I like the new topics better. Meh. There is a different feel when you start something new vs. join existing.

    (3) BTW this is a whole new level of validation whereby you id & find audience first, before pretending to understand their problems and/or writing lines of code to solve that problem. That's how far we have come in idea validation. Just want to be able to connect faster.

    I am on FB trying to start groups and completely puzzled how some (local) group can amass 4K members in a week when it takes me 4 weeks to get to 40. How do you do this? I have several groups with very different topics, so topic alone is not the cause. (1)

    Most technologists who build websites for local businesses should stop doing so. They in the main cannot afford professional labor, and should move to platforms like Shopify, site builders, etc which can amortize engineering costs over 100,000 similarly situated accounts.

    Definitely must try. Library computer could be pretty good for this purpose also. 😋

    Quick tip: want to know if your website is working well for everyone? 💁‍♂️ Try it on the shopping mall’s computers! You’ll probably find something. We just tried out , and now I have more tasks on my to-do list 🤣🤦‍♂️

    Try this if you want to make some photo collages 👉 You can drag and organize images however you want, shuffle, and there are bunch of templates for quick arrangements. Many different image size and export options. 🙌👏 here is my collage (example)

    Does anyone know what the idea is with showcase page? I made one but it looks and feels just like (another) company page, and doesn't even link back to the original company. Company to showcase has a link but not backwards. What is the point?
