Maybe there could be a code enforcement, which notifies the parents, when their children are talking about suicide? I know my dad, wanted me to called the MPs about 5 years ago, when my son was writing some stuff, after serving in Afghanistan, my dad thought my son was suicidal!
I was part of an "at risk" program Iowa State Extension! It didn't solve anything other than use grant money for teachers, to work on the weekend! They got paid, we got snacks & a small stipend! If I would be paid a living wage, women like me would not be at risk!

Why do you want to control it & control what other people kids are saying on youtube, which would amount to censorship at the least?
