Was literally just thinking about doing something like this this morning! I need to create a frosty alter-ego "assistant" who can follow up on overdue invoices because HOO BOY politeness is not getting me anywhere.

Uh oh here comes an ornery opinion! I’ve been in 2 buildings in the past 2 days (dentist office & Red Cross) and I guess the shutdown made me forget how much America loves extreme air conditioning in public spaces WHY WHY WHY. OK saving the rest of my spice for my BLOOD.

I'm full of ornery opinions today! And managing to keep them all off Twitter! Giving blood in 90 minutes, hope whoever ends up receiving it is ready for a lil sass n' sizzle in their veins.

I'm curious to know your take on this, if you have one. Do you see any potential harm in over-sanitizing our environments?

Only other thing I wish this piece included was info on how we can support our body's natural immune response. Microbiome, gut health, Vitamin D levels, exercise, & nutrition are all as firmly within our control as wearing masks and washing hands.

Honestly one of my biggest questions, from a genuinely curious standpoint. I know this worldview has some kinda internal consistency holding it together, it’s just totally inscrutable to me.
