@RitzCarlton don't blame the hotel on the actions of one. There hotel is filled w/ staff that come from all walks of life & cultures. -
I've stayed at Ritz Carlton hotels all over the world, and always liked their ethic of "Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen"
