What about those who have asthma?? I can barely shop for 19 minutes til I can’t breathe. Not to mention these masks cist$$$&

I think there should be (and Cuomo has alluded to) exceptions. Or different types of masks. And masks can be anything--we are not in NY, but we wear masks we made out of sheets and pillow cases.
