The H goes on a bill when it's introduced in the House, not after it passes. Your point is still excellent though - their tweet didn't need to include Speaker Pelosi, who already helped get this bill passed.

Pelosi has done her job here. The House passed 2 bills on background checks early this year. They have remained on
@senatemajldr desk ever since because he refused to bring them to the floor, just as he refuses to bring election security bills to the floor. -
