Short of it: Worker voted to unionize, IMMEDIATELY thereafter owners decided to shut down for winter over COVID and not rehire old staff nor recognize the union. Just shutting down over winter? Ok, but the immediacy and not rehiring/acknowledging the union??? Clearly some busting

In case you didn't get an answer: they announced that they were closing the beer hall very shortly after the workers announced that they were forming a union. Everyone was let go and not offered their position back in the event of reopening.
