  1. Mitro is shutting down Aug. 31st: We no longer have time to keep it going. Sorry, and thanks for your support.

  2. Sorry, it isn't coming back. If you are very motivated: The source is on github and it is possible to build your own.

  3. not yet; briefly: need to wind down the legal entity, and cant afford the time/money to continue to maintain it.

  4. we are trying to keep it running, but ATM it may not last past the end of 2015. We do have an export feature though!

  5. Sorry no. You can either export/import passwords, or share them with the new email address.

  6. Strange, its actually supposed to do exactly that! Your long password should be sufficient, but maybe we broke it. Sorry :(

  7. Can you email support.co again if I haven't replied? I think I've gone through all of them, but its possible I missed one

  8. sorry I just got to it. Mitro is a volunteer operation; it takes me time to get to these things.

  9. Strange. We have a few bugs on Firefox unfortunately. Chrome tends to be better supported. Sorry.

  10. good feedback; the current rules are weird, but if Mitro gets hacked, your PW needs to be long or complex for your data to be safe.

  11. Unfortunately Mitro is now unsupported, so it is unlikely an android app is ever coming.

  12. strange; Seems to be working for me? email support.co for help.

  13. Yes, sadly there is no support. Still trying to figure out a way to keep it running. So far we don't have a great solution.

  14. since your password protects your secrets, we have limited options. Email support.co for help.

  15. Sorry I just responded.

  16. Sorry for the delay; we are keeping the servers running for now, so you still have time to migrate if you want.

  17. Great; glad to hear we figured it out :)

  18. Please email support.co so we can debug; this occurs each time you sign in on a "new device"; e.g. new browser or profile

  19. Hm. Can you try Chrome? Mitro tends to work better there. Hope that helps.

  20. if you remove yourself from the organization, it should disappear from the UI. You may have to do that from another account.
