I agree partly on that, but there is only so much Youtube can do. Copywrite isnt up to them its up to the company being copywrited. the only thing they properly control is fair use and how companies can strike down videos
They can allso have conequenses for misuse. There are so many channels that has been unfairly copyrightstriked, and there is no consequense for the misusers. It acctually cost people real money when this happens. So it should have real money consequenses.
There seem to be tons of channels copywrited wrongly because they speak out against it, those who are rightly copywrited dont complain because they know it. So from Youtubes point of view its working
