yes but there are always going to be dickhheads that will abuse the system, u just gotta push past that fam.
There need to be consequenses for those who do, and there are non today. That is part of the problem.
I agree partly on that, but there is only so much Youtube can do. Copywrite isnt up to them its up to the company being copywrited. the only thing they properly control is fair use and how companies can strike down videos
