    A few reasons why most people think they need more volume (read: Sets) than they do: 1. They dont train hard: Plenty of reps in the tank = your body yawns through it. The last 4-5 reps of a set (done to failure) are the reps that create growth This is where the action is

    Why are there new fad diets every year? Ego. Losing fat is simple compared to physics, engineering, etc. Basically like balancing a checkbook. But its also HARD & few are successful — so it’s very humbling. To save face, we follow complicated diets to justify the difficulty.
