I traveled with them ONE time and they lost the one piece of luggage I had that had all my medicine and my Epi-pens because I had them all in a SMALL backpack and they wanted me to check it at the gate. And it never made it onboard

I’ve never had any other airline remove my personal TINY backpack from me while boarding. It was so bizarre. I told them I’d take my wallet and stuff out and just use the backpack and they could check my purse and they argued.... it was weird. My purse didn’t hold what I needed.

Luckily I carry my scripts when I travel & a very kind cvs filled temporary prescriptions including my epi-pen. Otherwise I would have had to go home. Without my meds I literally cannot function. I’m so sorry they targeted you too. It’s weird many disabled people have this occur!

I travel with my dog every time, and literally every time there’s some new horseshit. I’m extra pissed this time bc I got upgraded to business on my actual flight and they’re not serving food in coach
