My original substance of choice I have been clean from for 9 years now (opiates). I do drink about once a week though, and enjoy it, despite the 12 step Nazis telling me that if you're an addict for 1 thing, you're an addict for EVERYTHING.
Oh don’t get me started on them AA mfers. And congrats on 9 years!!!

I couldn't even imagine going to those meetings. How could you possibly sit on a folding chair for 2 hours listening to a bunch of guys talking about their drinking problems and not need a drink after that?
