My grandmother, who lived through the bombing of Munich as a girl and is now partially deaf, is very confident about how English words are pronounced and almost always very wrong. By far my favourite is how she pronounces my name as ‘CLAR-eh’
Oh lol the way my grandma says my name isn’t even remotely related to how it’s pronounced in English
