If a woman has sex with 100 random men in a year, she can still only produce one full term pregnancy. If a guy has sex with 100 random women in a year, he can produce 100 full term pregnancies. So why exactly are we only talking about regulating women?
Require mandatory vasectomies at puberty that can be reversed with a note from the partner indicating that she wants children. Abortion problem solved. (note, this is not my idea orginally but once it was suggested I've embraced it.)
I also thought this would be a solution. My difference was All males can have sperm frozen at puberty prior to vasectomy so if the reversal does not work, they can still have their own children later.
Who pays now?
If women want to get endometrial ablation (Minerva) to stop horrible periods, many doctors will refuse if they are still fertile and say things like, What if you meet a man and want children? 
So freaking patriarchal.
How dare you try to control men's bodies, I can't....oh, I see what you did there. Yup.

I do not think regulating men’s bodies is the right reaction to men regulating women’s bodies. However, it’s hard to argue with the science that this *would* eliminate nearly all unwanted pregnancies.
