White people find themselves challenged by an incredible conundrum, to voluntarily relinquish privilege for the moral good. A sacrifice that will assure their country's longevity. Or maintain the temporal status quo that is destined to extirpate any hopes of a viable future.

It may seem counterintuitive but for self-preservation, White people need to honestly embraced the term "diversity" which has long been a disingenuous cliche used as braggadocchio to tout American exceptionalism. Fully embrace diversity as a strength that has been underutilized.
